  • What Do I Need to Get Started?

    ONCE YOU SAY YES, WE ASK FOR 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF THE INITIAL FLAT RATE

  • Do you offer exclusive Windy Haven Designs?

    We will be doing collections in the near future.

  • Do you offer veils and other bridal accessories?

    Yes, we offer custom veils and other accessories including boutonnieres, headpieces, and much more. You can inquire about accessories through our Dress Inquiry Form.

  • How much will it cost to get started?

    We ask for a 50% deposit based on the flat rate. Additional fabrics, lace, and embroideries will be added to the remaining balance of the dress.

  • What if I change my mind?

    It happens, while this is never our goal and we exhaust every option sometimes minds change.

    Kill Fee Phase 1 (3 months) : 30% of remaining total

    Kill Fee Phase 2 (6 months): 60% of remaining total

    Kill Fee Phase 3 (9 months) : 100% of remaining total

  • Do you offer rush fees?

    Can’t find what you’re looking for in a store? It’s more common than you think. We offer rush orders paid in full within 6 months of your wedding date.

  • Do you make suits or tuxes?

    While we make “bridal suits” we do not offer bespoke tailored suits for more traditional identifying grooms.

  • Where are the garments produced?

    Everything is hand-made in brooklyn, new york.

  • How do i know my size?

    The great part about custom is everyone is the correct size. We take your measurements and build a dress that you feel your absolute best in.

  • Can my dress be made remotely?

    Our Consultation, creative direction, and pre-fit phases can be done virtually. Once we start to build the dress we will need to do fittings on your body in person.

  • What should I bring to meetings & Appointments?

    You should bring all of your ideas to our consultation. We find that sharing a Pinterest board and images is the best way to do this.

    Once in-person fittings start, bring your shoes and undergarments.

  • What if i have a small budget?

    Our goal is to always make dreams come true. While we do have a minimum flat rate we understand that budgets vary from person to person. We do offer simple silhouettes below our flat rate. Please contact us with any questions.

  • What if I am intimidated by the process?

    Choosing a wedding look can be a daunting task for some. we have found that many of the brides we have worked with were disappointed or intimidated by the traditional process of choosing their look. Our number one goal before making your dream look come true is making sure you are comfortable. If there is anything you specifically need to make this process enjoyable please let us know.

  • Pronouns? YES, always.

    We deeply believe that the term Bride is non-binary. It is simply a title for marriage that you choose. We ask every bride what their preferred pronouns are.

  • What if I’m not a designer?

    You don’t have to be! That’s where we come in. Our goal is to make this process fun, creative and memorable. We work patiently with each client to execute their vision in the most approachable, stress-free way.

  • But Don't you lose your "say yes" moment?

    In short, yes you do. However, we offer our “Big reveal party”. You can invite close family and friends to come pop champagne in our studio with you to see your final dress the day you take it home. You can request the Big reveal or choose to just pick up or have your look delivered.

  • Why do you call it a wedding look?

    Not every bride’s vision is a dress. So we say wedding look, or Lewk if you want to be cool.
